I looked it up at some other resources, it is said that the cylinder was just filled to 80%, and the 20% is in gas state (vapour). Does that mean the gas is being filled to the cylinder at the liquid state? And the 20% gas is just a filling gap due to the decreased pressure because the cylinder was only filled halfway through?
