SC On NEET 2024 | The NEET Row: Continuing Shortcomings In Our Exam Systems?

Amid concerns about the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for admission into medical colleges, the Supreme Court today came down heavily on the National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts the nationwide exam for medical college aspirants. "If there's even 0.001% negligence on anyone's part, it should be thoroughly dealt with," the Supreme Court said. The Supreme Court - while hearing a batch of petitions over the alleged irregularities in the exam - said it expects a "timely action" from the NTA and that the agency must ensure that all candidates are treated fairly.

Both govt and nta are responsible for neet exam result

Investigate:
1) Those given bonuses.
2) Investigate the marks of Godhra centre Candidates.
3) Investigate the marks of those Candidates who paid 30 lakh each.
4) Give Inquiry for NTA anomaly to CBI or NIA.
5) NTA officials also to be Investigated.
6) Put stay on 6 July Counselling process by SC.
7) Re-Neet is must for 2024 aspirants to bring back the confidence.
8) Re-Neet be done by other agency not NTA.

All this measures be adopted,
Until and Unless the System of Examination is not made foolproof , the future of Young India is not Safe.

Retest to only the 1563 students is not fair as even here in our state meghalaya many students loss time due to negligence by the conducted agency but no one raise the issue till date.

We gave neet in may and if re neet happen then it will be on August mean 3 months we are human we forget thats why neet is conducted once in year because there are so many chapters
