Thank you!! I just got a new phone and could not figure out why my phone would not connect to the screen. Went to the dealership and they could not figure it out. Called Verizon and they sent me a new phone. Went through the whole set up process hoping it would work. Still didn't. Finally saw your video and figured it out. I had set up the android auto with my old phone. Did not remember how to do that. Your video was a life saver!! I was frustrated!

Many thanks! I didn't realize the 2 Mercedes gle43 usb ports were for different purposes. Switched from the 1 to 2 and fixed everything.
