I'm a huge fan of the show and after watching seasons 6 & 7, I can see why she left. Christy's character became less of a person and more of a punchline. She was always angry, struggling through law school and her job, and with no romantic prospects. There were no redeeming stories for her character. To be honest, I'm not surprised she left. That being said, I still really like the other characters and the show. The first episode of season 8 was good and I'm looking forward to seeing how the other characters grow and change.

I hope Anna hasn't left the show for health reasons because she looked like one step away from being skin and bone . She had lost a tremendous amount of weight for a person who had little to spare. I hope she gets what she's looking for.

From a breach of contract point of view, I can only imagine that CBS isn’t just going to allow the lead on a hit series to leave half way through a negotiated contract. If Anna has some type of personal issue going on, absolutely. But to just allow her to violate a negotiated contract to pursue other matters isn’t a realistic scenario. There is something the public isn’t being told ...

this show was great for anna. she became famous cuz of scary movie, then left when the movies sucked. her solo movies didnt do well and this show help relaunch her career.

Did anyone notice how small and frail she looked during the last 2 seasons. She may have some health issues she's dealing with. Her legs were so skinny it looked painful for her to walk
