Anna Faris feels there is a "shift" that happens after going through a divorce.

The actress, 45, appeared on the Thursday episode of Chelsea Handler's Dear Chelsea podcast and opened up about ending her first two marriages. Faris was married to Ben Indra from 2004 to 2008, and to Chris Pratt — with whom she shares 9-year-old son Jack — from 2009 to 2018.

Anna Faris has a quiet mystery that you wait patiently to have share. I think the shift to some degrees is awakening to a different reality that is not limited to 3D, I believe Anna Faris is evolving to a more present and experienced mode of acting where she will be freer to express her journey. When I got married I wasn't ready to be a wife.. I lacked a LOT of knowledge about relationships... when I got divorced I wasn't ready to be single because I had gotten so used to being part of a "we" ...there's something so comforting in "we" ...but it's all an illusion.. a false sense of security that was always built on sand.. yes.. a lot of couples withstand the test of time with the ever shifting sand but those are the ones with stone underneath ... some of us just had temporary sand castles

Can relate. I know I will never be the same. Learning it’s just about excepting that and forming a new identity in a way and bettering yourself… Becoming stronger. It’s different if you left the person, but when someone leaves you it’s a different ball game when they are all you think about every second of every single day for eternity

I feel this way now! it is so hard and scary:( 1st divorce leaving narc husband it’s almost over not soon enough and still have to live together. I used to walk my old dog in a wagon last year of his life…and I met this very lovely lady and her little girl throughout the years walking my dog *prior to his illness so I used to say hi to them and catch up. During that last year of my dog’s life, I was stressed out of my mind and heartbroken and just a freaking mess so I would run through a lot of funnies in my mind that I would sort of repeat under my breathe while walking and one was the but when Anna’s character in the movie with Ryan Reynolds, sort of growl talks. It was so funny and I had been doing it all morning when I ran into this very sweet lady and her, like perfectly sweet little girl *(4-5)…we are talking in my terrible Spanish and my brain just kicked into repeating a line Anne said in the movie but I also repeated it in the growl talk…the little girl has never looked at me the same. It scared her and I felt so bad-I tried to explain, it was a funny, from a movie but…damage was done.

Seriously-she *(sweet little girl) is fine but it did scare her and only now-like two summers later, I can sort of laugh about how a character Anna worked, came to manage my massive massive depression and heartbreak.
