To the people whose saying she’s too skinny and unhealthy, Sarah Hyland has kidney dysplasia. She IS unhealthy most of her life and in and out of the hospital. By 4 years old, she already had 6 surgeries for it. And her body rejected the kidney her dad gave her when it was the 7th season of modern family and had to underwent surgery again.
