Speaking of outside forces and wearing helmets, I was off-roading through a state park and a car was coming into the state park parking area and they ran the stop sign where the trails are and I either could smash into the SUV going 25 mph or hit the brakes and get thrown off. I opted to hit the brakes and I got thrown off and the only thing that saved my life was a helmet. My backpack was completely ripped, my helmet was pretty wrecked and I learned that I should wear pads because my arms and legs looked like ground beef after hitting the concrete at that speed. As soon as the car realized what happened, they turned around and left. I didn't break anything but I've been going to physical therapy for weeks now. Always wear a helmet guys.

Hey Ronnie, when i ride at night i always turn on the flashlight feature on my apple watch, it's so usefull, i can wave at cars to signal that i'm turning etc....etc

i use Burton snowboard backpack. Its great because its ment for holding snowboards so straps are further apart
