I love drinking aloe Vera! I make a drink I call the Happy Juice. Here are the ingredients:
(Mind you, it does have a bitter and acquired taste)
About 1.5 inch of aloe gel from the plant
About half a cup of milk (I like almond, coconut or oat)
A drop of vanilla extract
Half a cup of mangos
Honey (as much as you want)

And sometime when I want a little sugar, I add sweet cream

You’re bound to be cleaned AND happy with this drink
