I was curious to see how it is prepared. I don’t have easy acces to the plant, here in France, so I will rely on buying the shop version of the juice. Thanks for the tip of mixing it with ginger root, lime & honey. I think I will probably add cucumber as well .

Good Recipe. Can't we have full juice instead of adding it with water. I feel if we mix it with water it becomes less concentrated. Last time i prepared and had full juice. It was good full concentrated.!!

It'd be much better to gulp it with a small tea spoon of honey.
Even better if you can hold the aloe on back of your throat for a minute or two as it helps to clean and heal the mucus
