I recently just upgraded my 5900x system from a 3070ti to a 3080, so I am going to be building this exact setup for my daughter 9400f and 3070ti, yes it might lose 30fps or so with the bottleneck but it's still going to provide good frame rates and it's only cost me around £200 to fully build not including the price of the you obviously but I already had that so...

Why did you build a pc on a motherboard with pci 3, although the videocard has 4?

Why take that CPU over a 12100F though? To save mobo costs? Secondly, why take 3600MHz Ram on a mobo that cannot overclock ram?

Cpu is weak for this rtx3070ti, better rtx 3060, rx6600xt max, or cpu i7 9700k

That gpu CPU combo is bad the 9400 f isn‘t good enough for the 3070ti

this is what we called play safe build...all u need for next upgrade is new cpu+mobo and if RAM can XMP till 3200mhz then u are fine...save one thing...then go for 12400/12400f with B660...tadaaaa...LOL (not sure that cooler support LGA1700 or not)...

it's find if to play at 4k right ?
everyone can boost up performance 9400f with unlock Power Limit from bios if mobo support beyond 9400f max power consumption is about 115+ watt(data from HWMonitor). 115 watt if all 6 core running 3.8ghz.

Good cooling cpu but less cooling mb. But in reality mb will not get overheat aslong you were not a person 24hr gaming or streaming..
