hello djuced i cant open your software when i was about to use djuced the software wont open when i turned on my pc is there a way on how to open it? i click the icon the software is not working i try again it didnt work so how do you fix this problem?

Hello.
I'm leaving Serato and going to DJuced. How do I import my Serato playlists (Crates) into DJuced and still keep the playlist structures and Hotcues I've already created? Is there a method? I only managed to import my music folder into it. I didn't find any KB about it on the internet...
Another thing: my songs in Serato already have BPM, KEY and ENERGY written in the MP3 file metadata... If I import to DJuced will I lose this information? Grateful.
