Great review. Thank you for putting this together. Where did you end up purchasing your trailer? I'm also in the Northeast.

Good video hope the trailers doing well for you. Im in the uk and we don't have manufacturers who make aluminum trailers. I'm in the market to buy a 7x16 for a motorcycle transport business and aluminium is the best choice. Better weather resistant to steel and lighter which means less wear and tear on the tow vehicle. Difficult deciding which manufacturer in the states to go with. Currently looking at haulmark and wells cargo which seem to be part of the same company now. Also like the look of alum line trailers.

Does your trailer have 24" OC or 16" OC for the floor and roof? I plan to buy one and wonder whether 24" OC floor and roof is typical or should I go with 16" OC. Thanks.

Salt does corrode aluminum. Galvanic mode, not oxidation / rust like steel. Fresh water will corrode aluminum too. Inspect your coating and keep it maintained. From personal experience living in Minnesota and Wisconsin, steel trailers last longer.

What's the weight difference from a steel I got 8.5x18 and been thinking of switching to loose some weight but it will have to be a good amount to make the switch

any thoughts on using line X on all the exterior seams? along the top and bottom trim as well on the diamond plating and under belly?

Dude, 6 months you’re going to wreck it, and I mean from use. I wouldn’t worry about a random scratch here and there!

Do you noticed the heat coming from the black because I'm thinking on a black one

It should be a Drymax wall and floor! Material is water and oil resistant and as strong as Plywood. Benefit to Drymax wood is that it was last longer then the plywood!

This kid doesn’t have a glue, in 3 years this thing will be a beat up. What do you think it will look like when you hit something?

if half your wheel well is inside the trailer wouldn't mean LESS interior room not more
