The changes really help people who use very high priced meds and/or insulin. The coverage gap is narrower. There is no cost for catastrophic coverage. There is a $2000 cap on out-of-pocket costs.

I am pretty sure anyone in the USA that has a heart condition where Eliquis and Entresto are prescibed face the Fonit Gap by May/June and ghet hit with a $500 increase per month.

It would have been informarive for you to name the the insurance firms that are essentiually increasing costs from a larger copay to a percent of retail drug cost because they can befiore new rules comeinto play for 2025. I'd avoid them if possible.
