The Matrix 1st movie, in the hallway gun fight ending when Neo kick last guard and dropped his M16, you can see the barrel flex as these rubber foam gun.

You can only see it in older original 4:3 format, later version they cut it to 16:9 format and you can no longer see it anymore as being cut out from the shorter 16:9.

Common misconception but prop guns aren't always fake or nonfunctional guns, they can be real guns, black adapted or not. The "prop" just stands for production, because gun is owned/provided by the production company.
