Hi Rocks thank you for your video but I cannot find the package install option, would you please give me a hint?

I followed the same steps but did not see the option to download any of the packages including, file icon, anaconda, etc. It directs me to weblinks. Also, the steps ate very fast and not helpful for new learners.
