The Fortress is the defensive core of the TOXIC Fighting. It's developed around its primary purpose to defend the head, at all times.
This DVD takes the viewer through the basics of this defence in a step by step manner recorded in both normal and slow speeds and with real fighting demonstrations. To be used against all straight and curved attacks aimed at the head.
This Defence System can be used as a stand alone defence system or can be integrated into other defences. It uses 3 primary frontal counter-attacks and 3 primary counter-strikes from the side.
The FORTRESS DEFENCE SYSTEM develops into defences which can be used on the ground , kneeling, seated, multiple attackers as well as against stick and knife defences, amoungst others
