Just because paneer exists in other countries doesn't mean it doesn't exist in another, what he made is called Queso fresco which is basically the same thing as paneer

All that water is how they make protein powder. They dehydrate it and sell you the powder that's left from the dehydrated old cheese water.

how many oz is that homemade queso fresco. Gallon whole milk at BJs cost $3.34. 48oz lemon juice cost $1-1.25. so 10.42¢+$3.34+ pennies for your seasoning = $3.46. at least in my neck of the woods.
