Buying a rental and being able to cash out all of my initial deposit.
The "no money down" strategy, on the other hand, is a well-known approach in real estate investing that involves acquiring a property at 50% ARV or (after repair value) and cash out refinancing to 70% of the new appraised value taking out most of my initial investment.

How did you purchase it in the first place? You literally said they appraised the property AFTER you had renovated it, where did the original 220k come from??
