US state secretary Antony Blinken said, “if you look at the investments that we’ve made in Ukraine’s defence to deal with this aggression, 90% of the security assistance we’ve provided has actually been spent here in the US with our manufacturers. This produced more American jobs, more growth in our own economy.”

That’s a nice way to say the war is to launder tax payers’ money into the Military Industrial Complex, at the expense of Ukraine.
