I used Motion for about 2 months. 1) it’s expensive. To get even the pricey $19 a month price, you have to pay that annually. So basically $250 up front. 2) the app worked pretty decently, but found it really difficult to reschedule things to different days for some reason if you had time slots already scheduled. Sometimes it wouldn’t even show the event because it “didn’t have time” to fit it, even when I prioritized it. And lastly, this may have changed, but I did not see a single uodate in the time I used it. The mobile app was terrible, and it felt like the team almost wasn’t even working on it. I just kept seeing the same ads on IG but with no fixes or movement forward. Not a big fan at that high of a price point

I tried a lot of those apps and honestly the simple and free default ones from Apple are the best.

Only one I pay per month is Todoist for planning and it is also a free but I needed more features —- so I’m paying like $5-6 per month, wtf

I like Apple’s calendar because it’s simple and bare bones. I really don’t like flashy glitzy utility apps.

Hi I'm struggling to find a solution to my calendar problems. I have 6 emails account calendars ( Gmail & Microsoft ), it is really hard to check my all the 6 calendars for conflicts every time when I get a meeting invite into my email. So Is there a way to consolidate / combine all the 6 emails into one single calendar/view and share this consolidated calendar with my manager (with full access permission) who is in a remote location. Thank you

Calendars confuse me. I am looking for a new calendar app but I’m also looking to get away from having a Google calendar. That seems to limit me with a lot of stuff though.

Apple calendar on ios is so ridiculous. The month view with dots on iOS is absolutely useless.

Love me some new calendars, but the subscription model is getting ridiculous. Just let me pay $10 or whatever and be done. Also google would be the best but it doesn’t have time to leave notifications (imo best feature on iCal) which is just crazy. I mean they make google maps……seems like a no brainer.

Lots of people knocking on Apple's calendar app. It's not perfect but I love its simplicity and bare-bones functionality. The only thing I DON'T like about it, and why I'm looking for another solution, is that it doesn't integrate reminders. All I want and need is a calendar app that shows my tasks/reminders IN CALENDAR, to have a visual of what tasks are needed when. I usually organize my calendar and reminders app side by side for this.

Pencil Planner is the best calendar. I do everything with my Apple Pencil so nothing beats Pencil Planner.
