Everybody knew when the 49ers didn’t score a TD Mahomes was bout to walk them down 🤣🤣🤣

Don't blame the game on OT. SAN FRANCISCO didn't run the ball much in the second half.

Crazy year. Josh Allen changed the OT rule and finally have a home game against Mahomes and couldn't get the job done. Lamar's only chance at going to the SB, couldn't get it done against Mahomes. 49ers had many opportunities to win and couldn't get it done. A lot of drops and penalties all year and Chiefs still won the SB.

His decision not to run it on 3rd and 5 in the 4th q was the dumbest decision.

This chiefs Super Bowl win is a perfect metaphor of not giving up when things get tough.

Kyle Shanahan
One of the league's best OCs, just not one of the league's best head coaches.
There's a difference between calling great plays and leading teams to great victories.
Last night was Exhibit #624

It's simple, Kyle knew his team was tired.

Mahomes said after the game that KC had discussed the new OT rules and they were aware of the situation. Chris Jones clearly knew what was up. There’s several 49ers players who admit to not knowing the new rule. There’s the difference- and the responsibility is on the coach to make sure his team know the rules at the VERY least

That blocked extra point changed a lot

This is such hindsight is 20/20 analysis. There are pros and cons to both

Let's be real here folks.... the ONLY TD the Chiefs scored in the first 4 quarters was off the muffed punt. Other than that, San Fran's defense dominated the Chief's offense. Overtime, well, the SF defense basically folded. I didn't care which team won, but thoroughly enjoyed the game.

And to think, so many people had written the Chiefs off this year. So many people kept saying this was Buffalo or Baltimore's year. Heck, even the 49ers were the favorites in the SB. At some point, people have to acknowledge, no one in the NFL, come the post season, should be favored over the Chiefs until we actually see them not make an AFC title game. Chiefs are a dynasty now, its time to stop clowning around and thinking Allen and the Bills, or Jackson and the Ravens, or even Burrow and the Bengals are on the Chiefs level. 49ers played a great game, and really gave it their all, but the Chiefs run the NFL right now.

The 49ers lacked preparations, and the Chiefs stayed in the margin until it was their turn to give the knockout punch.

If Mahomes knows what he has to do, I’m betting on him doing it.. so I don’t think the decision was the best, but I also don’t think it would’ve mattered.. that #15 is something different..

Hats off to both teams, one of the best Super Bowls we’ve ever seen.

Going second felt like a huge advantage for KC

First things first.... It shouldn't of even gone to overtime for the Niners.

Shanahan's play calling throughout the second half cost them.

He would kill their own drives like on second down when he chose to pass with just over two minutes remaining in the fourth and they were doing well running the ball.

When Mahomes threw the INT to open up the second half it was a huge mistake that the Niners offense didn't score... even if it was a FG....

Yea. With the new overtime rules you're actually supposed to defer every time just so you don't have to think about all those scenarios brought up by the Get Up crew

No one is talking about Shanahan abandoning the run before going up 19-16.
They could’ve kicked a last minute field goal.
1st down-5 yards to Cmc
2nd down-Pass to kittle(no gain)
3rd down-incomplete
