“Yes, of course. It’s about a dark Lord of the Sith named Darth Plagueis who was so power and wise, he could influence the Midichlorians to create life.”
“…I’m shocked, how do you know that. I thought it was an old Sith legend.”
“Well, Jedi know about it too. Anyway, Darth Plaguise had such a knowledge of the dark side, he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying.”
“Can you believe he could actually save others from death?”
“Of course. Everyone knows dark side of the Force is the pathway to abilities some consider unnatural. Anyway, Plagueis became so powerful that the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually of course he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep.”
“Ah, yes. Ironic, he-“
“Yes, he could save others from dying but not himself. I get the point of the story.”
“Um, uh, that’s cool Anakin. So, anyway. Are you by any chance interested in learning this power, to sane others from dying?”
“Yes, of course. I’m gonna learn it from one of my Jedi friends.”
“What? Jedi can’t use the power to save others from dying.”
“Oh, yes they can. We’ve known how to do that for years.”
“The fuck?”
“Yeah, of course. Are you by any chance a secret Sith Lord? Because it seems like you wanted to tell me this story to try and get me to join the dark side.”
“No no, of course not. That would be ridiculous.”

First of all, that was terrific, just on its own terms as part of this video! Well done.

Second - and maybe I'm looking at this too deeply - that would have been an entirely valid conclusion for Anakin to have made during the actual movie, and probably would have altered the entire saga had he done so.
