Thank you for this Kent. I am going to try out the burger dogs this weekend. I am smoking some meatloaf burgers as well and will send some her way. Our neighbors husband was an Air Force veteran, He recently passed away. My wife and I have been cooking and spending a good amount of time with his wife to keep her company during her process. Hey Kent & Shan we love this video. I think we are going to try the Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger & the Chipotle Grilled Shrimp Skewers. Also going to make some cast iron corn bread. We have a ton of squash from the garden and we are going to grill that as well. We dry brine our pork the same way and man it makes a difference. Metal skewers all the time. *** I was and Army Green Beret 88-93 and we lost some good friends. I will remember them and never forget the sacrifice they made *** God bless yawl. Mike & Rochelle
