Well, for me i build according to my role. If i went hyper alu, i would opt for dmg build (endless battle for xtra passive dmg and just a little more lifesteal). If i went exp alu, i would go for lifesteal build (haas claw for lots more lifesteal, ur skills will also trigger lifesteal even without ult if u use haas claw)

Edit: the reason i build like this is because as a hyper i would want to be able to always secure my kills whenever i gank, so more dmg is needed. On the other hand, playing as an exp laner requires good sustain so more lifesteal makes me more durable in teamfights without needing to build tanky.

The enemies aren't dealing enough damage cause your overpowering them and its easy to lifesteal soloing a whole team so try fighting a full build enemies with damage and lifesteal cause that only work if u have the uper hand in earlier game
