8:15 The deficit figures have no context. It would be more useful to present the deficit as a percentage of GDP.

Can you cover Sweden's Corona cases? There seems to be a lot of missuse of our Public service media to missrepresent the problems that have occured in the country

If you think 2021 will be better, you didn't factor in the inevitable Brexit Bubble....

There was already a situation before the outbreak. Earning already didn't match borrowing. Leading to a debt crisis.

Isn't it obvious?. Even if you do nothing and let the people die a recession is inevitable.

The economic impact of ignoring and mismanaging the COVID *so far*, and multiple times that in near future. Great job!

Working in building material retail, I know now the essence of supply and demand. People staycation, and off work turn to home renovating, pushing the demand far beyond the ability to supply.

The difficulty with macroeconomics and outlooks is that it is very hard to separate out causes and factors.

For example, most renowned institutes and banks were already predicting a recession before COVID-19 hit. COVID-19 has sped up that down turn and will certainly deepen it, at least in the short term. But not the entire recession is down to COVID-19.

I'd love to see a video about the economic impact on countries that have taken lighter measures to stop the spreading like Sweden.

The World was already heading towards a "recession". We never recovered from the 2008 Great Financial Crisis. This "outbreak" just accelerated us to the inevitable end.

Could you look at more countries in the Global South? I have been following extensively how countries in the Caribbean have been handling the pandemic and it is amazing how little coverage the successes of many countries in the region have been given. There will however be a huge economic hit (especially in terms of tourism) which is causing a rethink of economic growth models that have been established for over 40 years. I think an expansion of focus in these areas would really help show just how much the current coronavirus pandemic has impacted the world and will continue to do so for the immediate future.
