How can we find strength during tough times? Why do some people bend, but not break?
Check out the first episode of Roadmap to Resilience, premiering monthly on our YouTube channel.

Make sure to ask all of your questions in the comment section below.👇 We'll do a Q&A to respond to as many as we can!

Homework 📖📋✅:
✅ Take time to think about what is important and interesting to you... your personal values and goals.
Finding our passions helps us set our life goals. People who have a purpose, something they want to accomplish over the next 1, 5, and 10 years tend to be better at getting through life’s stresses. If you want to reduce poverty, improve the environment, have your family live in comfort, make life easier for others, or whatever, discover your passion and set your goals.

✅ Work on increasing your skills and competence in an area that is important to you.
In order to carry out our life’s purpose we need to develop skills that will help us be more successful. So, learn or improve your skills in areas that are meaningful for you. It could be communication, writing, financial analysis, fundraising, selling, or whatever will excite you.

✅ Pay attention to what’s going on in the world around you, read, observe.
By being aware of what’s happening in your community, region, country, or the world you are better able to gauge the direction of your personal goals. How might your skills and passions help influence others?

Hello @Sharecare and Dr. Wright and thank you so much for sharing this in these most uncertain times!! After the Hell of 2020 I've decided to make it my goal of working on not only getting fit physically, but more importantly, mentally!! And with so many people losing jobs, businesses, homes and literally their livelihoods, I'm sure many have lost their hope but also, now many struggle to find a new purpose!! I truly believe in the concept that being more "authentic" in their jobs and overall lives, helps people deal with their emotions, lives and they are more happier in every aspect of their lives!! LOVE your title of "Hardiness Health" and will share this!! Stay safe and well Dr. Wright and looking forward to more of these videos!!💖🤗🙏🏼
