Easy chickpeas or chickpeas in the oven

Components :
▪ 1 kg of boiled chickpeas
(▪ 500 g. Chickpeas.
( When we weigh 500 g. Chickpeas. ( When we put them in water for a whole night ) and boil them they will weigh 1 kg )
▪ 4 large dry onions, roughly chopped
▪ 1½ cups olive oil ( 300 ml )
In case we don't want that much olive oil, we can add just one cup which is ( 200ml. )
▪ 1½ teaspoons of salt
▪ 1 teaspoon (sharp) black pepper
▪ 1 tablespoon of coarse flour
▪ 2 fresh ripe tomatoes or 1 tablespoon of pulp
We can increase or decrease the tomato paste according to our tastes. We can add from ▪ 1 teaspoon of tomato paste up to ▪ 1 tablespoon
▪ 1 mug of water 200ml
Now the onion will release all its sugars and the tomato paste will release all its sweet taste.
▪ 1 liter of chickpea water
( If necessary, we will add extra hot bottled water )
We will bake in a preheated oven at 200 to 250 °C. On the last rack of the oven, on the resistances for 1:00 - 1:30 hour. Depending on how strong or weak our oven is.
Note: If your oven is completely weak then you will bake it on the bottom of the oven and not on a rack. You won't forget to stir while baking.
