That was fast. I end up making a big production of it, trying to do it perfectly and get worried that it will fail to thrive. 🌱

Is that a gigantic spider near the bottom of the screen at the end?

How can I buy a tuberous sundew?? The ones that are tall? You all don't have them, are they out of stock?

Hey guys nice short I’ve been having my sarracenia getting killed by some kind of soil fungus pathogen but it’s not the usual suspects of powdery mildew or botyritis. Botyritis used to be a big deal until I discovered something that actually kills botyritis called Daconil active ingredient is clorothanil. Anyways what ever the pathogen is it seems to become universally fatal if the soil is fertilized.

My Sarracenia are outside year round in the South Bay and I've had them since 2019 and they've never flowered. Are they still too young? My fly traps all live the same way and have flowers every year.

Seems like no real pitchers have showed up yet, did you do this during dormancy?

I love a good Sarracenia. Someday hopefully I have a beaut like that.

Right at the end of the video there’s a fat creature crawling. What was that?
