Written by Paul McCartney - released in 1970 - Let it Be was inspired by his late Mother Mary who passed away from Cancer in 1956. He said she appeared to him in a dream during a dark spell in his life years later saying "everything will be alright - Let it Be". This now has become my mantra as i too try to navigate this dark rabbit hole of grief and despair i find myself in.
