Thank you Devon for all your info. I think since the cost of living went up and also the minimum wage going up I wish they would have raised the earnings limit higher than the average $600.00 they normally do.

When the 5.9% increase is calculated for individuals who receive regular SS, which amount will be used as a base for the calculation: the current benefit amount being received after medicare payment deduction or the amount you were originally receiving prior to qualifying for Medicare? Thanks!

Devin, thank you for the video, which clarifies my TSP distributions and retirement pension payments are not considered SSN earned income when drawing social security prior to 67; outstanding! Now i know i can retire.

Previously, I was confused with other analysts presentations, that included TSP pensions to SSN earned income limits, in that scenario it is no point to draw SSN benefit.
