Banggood Return Policy OMG!

If anyone orders from Banggood be prepared to be scammed. It is a company that doesn't stand behind anything it says on line. I am waiting for a refund of products that I returned on 06/25/2019 and now I get the run around to find anyone to send a message about this to. I definitely will not order anything from this company & would advise others to avoid the company.

I bought a small rc car and it arrived with broken steering on the front left wheel, I tried to return it but the return page is very bad and confusing. it asks for an 'after sales product' before submitting a photo of the problem but you cannot select any product at all. And on top of that the car i bought is no longer available on banggood.

it is a 40 dollar battery. from where i live, it would cost 110 dollars to ship to China via USPS and take 3-4 months as it is hazmat and most go by ground. All Lion batteries to Alaska must go by ground and take over a month to get here.

The perils of online ordering! Im a lttle old school and I will often drive long distances to stores to deal directly with people where possible.Its always easier and we have found that face to face retailers are on a winner with this one if they provide a good, quick and efficient return process it helps them compete with the online guys, and they know this.in fact a lot of specialty stores have really lifted their game in the past few years(they have had to!) .We prefer to do this even if it means paying a little more however when we do order online its a real minefield some companies are far better than others.It just helps knowing which ones, and this was really helpful thanks for sharing and cheers again from Australia

The prices are good but it’s a mad gamble. After a lot of headache I always try to purchase through eBay. Even if it means I have to pay a little bit more.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I was just to one click to order a 3d printer, and a laser engraver in Banggood when I found your video. Just looking to save a few bucks. It does not worth it.

i thought i bought a complete keyboard but i accidently bought keycaps, they are saying *you can click refund and you will get your money back* but there is no refund button

Lol, they just offered me "points" to spend on their site after sending me the totally incorrect remote. It was a $15 remote and the "points" are worth like a nickel.

well, that is a bit cheeky, if you dont have the drone after you bought the battery, and there is nothing wrong with the battery you really cant expect them to take it back. it is like saying, I bought a TV because I was buying a house with a big living room, now I am not buying the house can you take the TV back, there is nothing wrong with the TV, I hardly seen any return policy that flexible. Even Amazon dont do that without charging a shipping fee etc.

Bought some solar panels of them. They described and had pictures of lcd controllers. Ordered 2 and no lcd controllers arrived!

Thanks for the video! I have learned that if I want something from Banggood, I better make dang sure I want to keep it. We are used to the Amazon return process, which makes the Banggood return policy look absolutely silly. I will think twice before I buy anything from Banggood. How long did it take you all together to send it back, and what kind of postage did you pay/where did you have to send it to return?

yup, they send me a hot swappable keyboard that the (s) key did not work and oh boy its not fun trying to get a replacement or a refund

Bought a keyboard and it is always ghosting. When I press 3 keys at once one of them won't work.
