As usual, as good as it gets. I love how you guys emphasized treating the 1 hander as almost a 2 hander until the very last second of the move to contact. That is pretty much the essence of the 1 hander, the 2 arm spread done dynamically. The only way to do in dynamically is to have your hands together, a la both hands on the racquet, until the last possible second.

This is a great video on one hand mechanics. I like hearing and watching drills, no matter how basic it may look. Little technique adjustments go a long way. Been getting back into Tennis after some years now. Mechanics need a good refresher! More content on one hand backhands... Please!
