(This doesn't work) Truefree O1 - Headphone Highlights

The Truefree O1 is a wireless "Air Conduction" earphone and the first of its kind that I'd had the opportunity to try. With such a unique style of headphone I thought it would be entertaining to explore the Turefree O1 for the first time on camera where we can share first impressions and experiences together. It is certainly an interesting headphone design, but does it work?

Had mine for about 6 - 8 months now and i have to say they're pretty good. I bought them mainly because i do a lot of outdoor work and appreciate hearing my surroundings. They're fantastic at allowing you to hear the outside world, the sound quality is alright considering what they are, the volume could be louder but i found that turning your phone up and then tapping the ear piece itself allowed me to turn it up to a reasonable volume. Charge case is nice too. Best way to describe them is that its like a radio is playing near you in the room at all times, where you can hear everything around you, excpet they're earphones on your head. Really hard to explain without trying them on yourself, but its a very natural and comfortable sound / listening experience.

Gave a thumbs up for the effort. I get that I'm not an audiophile, but I find this headphone to be decent and with good sound. I like to be aware of my surroundings, so I real like them, and the quality of sound for music is good IMHO.
You should try updating the firmware.

I am thinking about them to protect my hearing. I get tired after using bone conduction for an hour. My noise canceling headphones are too big and too warm at times. I can't tolerate any sort of in ears headphones.

I just bought a pair for my wife. She likes them. I cannot raise the volume. What I’m getting is tap on the right once i get a beep, if i keep tapping is as if there are 2 selections, standard and 1 notch up then reverts to standard. In other words no volume control !
