HOW TO SELF CHECK-OUT WITH U-HAUL

Once you're on the website, it will Ask to use Your Location, You Must Say Yes!

This part is Crucial!

If you accidentally say NO or Have Done So in the Past, You will need to go to site settings, Clear the Cookies for You to start the process.

You will go to the 3 bars at the left hand side of the screen, Press Sign in / Orders

The easiest way without Creating an Account is

ORDER LOOK UP
Find your contract / order details.

It will prompt You to use YOUR

Mobile #, Email, or Contract #
& then YOUR LAST NAME.

If it doesn't Recognize the Phone that you're using, it will Send you a Text with a Code to Verify it's you, Once it Verifies You, then You can Get Started.

This is when it's gonna use your location.

It will prompt you to take a Face Shot, then upload Your Driver's License.

The Last thing will be providing a secondary contact or use some other form of identification.

Once you're in the Approval Process, it would just be a few minutes.

Your keys will be in a Lock Box on the Southside of the building, it will prompt you to do everything step-by-step.

Now this wont-work if you mix up any of your information.

Whoever's Name, Phone # & email is used for the Reservation, will have to be the person checking the equipment out, Or have that person create an account & then they would sign in to change it to your information.

The person that is on the Reservation can add a Driver, but they need to be there to check out the equipment to take responsibility of the equipment.

This U-Haul Dealer Doesn't Accept Cash!

Make sure the equipment is returned with the same amount of ⛽ to avoid expensive gas Charges!

Also if It's After Business Hours, it Must Be Check in Online by You, on Your Mobile, to Avoid a $20 Convenience Fee

Plus the Back of Truck or Trailer Swept Out & Pad's Folded, this Must Be Done To Avoid $25 Convenience Fee

If you go over the Miles that was allotted to You for a One-Way Rental, it will be 0.40 cents per Mile, if you go over the Day's, it will be $40 per Day, plus the Insurance.

If you go over the Day's for a In-Town Rental, then it will be what you paid Originally for the Rental Rate, the Miles, depending on what Day it is, it will be 0.79 cents or a $1.09 Per Mile, Plus Insurance if You have Chosen it or not.

Remember, returning Pad's Folded & the Back of Equipment Swept Out is Important, or YOU will be charged $25!
