"Local British man adopts American values; jailed and deemed a danger to society" sounds like a satirical article

The fact that they kept coming after this guy until the day he died proves he was right about the UK government.

I love the fact that Brandon Herrera is building a Luty 9mm Para.
In full auto of course, just like God and Luty intended.

Brandon Herrera (the AK Guy) sent me here from his Luty video. This has been absolutely awesome to learn the history on Luty and some of the background of how the UK handles firearm ownership. As an admittedly ignorant American, I had no idea things were like this across the pond; hell, I had never even heard of Luty before. Thanks for the great history lesson here!

jesus christ, the further I get into the video, the more it seems like the UK government is determined to prove Luty was completely right about them

The state: *Violates Luty's rights, tries to make a martyr out of him and is a general asshat over a non-issue.*
Luty: *Radicalized and intrenched due to the unfair treatment.*
The state: *Surprised Pikachu face.*

Man, how depressing. "It's for your own safety." Words that the government says before they take away your rights slowly and surely.

I had a licence for years after I left the military for target shooting. When the kids came along I didn't renew it. Years later after the kids were older I decided to join a gun club again, did about six months using the club's own rifles then decided to get a licence and buy my own, same Police force, same house, no arrests or cautions, had it rejected. Crazy.

I'd love to read Luty's documents on his homemade firearms, from a purely engineering standpoint, as I have a general curiosity on how such a device would operate. Being from the UK however I refuse to be put on a watch list. That's why I use our previous sponsor NordVPN

Luty's Judge: It's not about what's legal, it's about sending a message

Luty: "As long as we have freedom of information, bans on goods are futile."
The state: "We'll just ban freedom of information then."

"The whole family had been charged with conspiracy to manufacture firearms"

They actually pulled a North Korea. Holy shit. Thank god I'm not British

"He couldn't be with his mother while she died because of the state", since 2020 there are a whole lot more of these situations.

Yessss this was overdue, about time Luty got the recognition he deserves.

You can't ban knowledge (although Britain's institutions would really, really like to)

In this madlad you will learn that having basic mechanical engineering knowledge is a crime

As a uk gun owner, and ex pistol shooter I’m embarrassed to say that I’m only just learning of mr Luty’s stance and struggles.
Funny how the same is now happening with comedy

Had Luty's book back in the 90's. Loved it. He would have loved America today with 80% builds and 3D printers. You can't stop the signal.

As an Asian I always thought the UK would be very fair towards its own citizens and uphold the vitues of free speech and expression but watching Dankula's channel it makes me think otherwise

I bought his books and downloaded his files when they were published. I've been making firearms/gunpowder/ammunition, etc in the States since I was 12 (37 years). The notion that Luty was Americaning shit up in the motherland always made me smile.

It's crazy how having the ability to protect the people you love is called "American values" now. It's literally a natural right.
