Naturual No-Spin Knife Throwing Tutorial

Great Drill!  I have been no-spin throwing for a while now and find it fairly easy but learned as you demonstrated starting with my wrist alone at 6 feet or so and gradually moving back over months till my arm started doing the work naturally.  I love the tennis ball idea.  I'll try that this afternoon and might have saved some months of practice if I could have mimicked my usual throwing style for a ball!

Wow, your no spin throws are really good, your distance is incredible and your grouping is extremely accurate. I can't get a no spin stick from 20ft unless the knife was bigger.

Nice video, I really find it difficult to throw no spin with any distance. And the more distance is involved, the less power I have. You seem to get great power from yours. Good throwing man.

Some suggest stiff wrist, you say active wrist. Is your wrist action throwing no spin the same when you are throwing rotational? Been throwing rotational for years and I'm struggling with no spin techniques as there seem to be multiple styles.
