Now that 2023 has arrived, I thought I'd make an updated version of book recommendations for each MBTI type using some of my favorite novels I read last year 📚 but seriously these are all worth reading so I'd highly recommend adding all of them to your reading list!

about me 🌷
I’m Makayla! I’m twenty years old and a third year at the University of Chicago (though I’m currently abroad at the University of Bristol). Right now I’m studying Creative Writing for my major and Astronomy and Astrophysics for my minor, and I also like to read and cook in my free time. I grew up in Maine and studying has always been one of my favorite pastimes, so that’s why you’ll find a whole bunch of college vlogs, study motivation, book recommendations, and academic tips on my channel. You’re in good company if you’re into these things, so subscribe for more productivity content!

“The Stand is a long novel.” 😅 I love that understatement. Most modern trilogies aren’t as long as The Stand. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy barely clocks in longer than The Stand. Excellent vid as always!

I have to recommend "When Marnie was there" by Joan G. Robinson for INFJs. It's by far one of the best representations of what inferior Se feels like. The main character Anna, whom I've typed as an INFJ, has to deal with feelings of worthlessness (Fi critic), being constantly insecure and afraid of how she's coming across (inferior Se, struggling with performance" and loneliness which is especially apparent among ESTPs and INFJs.
