Nexus Mod Manager : File not found?

A quick message regarding the problems people are having with Nexus Mod Manager. Yeah it seems to be hitting lots of people, and I am sure it will get fixed soon. But there is an easy workaround :)

Thanks for the tip Gopher. Thankfully I already figured out this work around, but it's good to know someone with a viewer base is getting the info out there. A couple of my Steam friends only just now started using mods too. They are very upset by all of this as you can imagine. I'll direct them here so that they can see a visual demo of the fix.

Exactly why I manage all my mods manually.. Could be a pain but it SO much better then NMM, with all the Category Folders, Mod Subfolders, and etcetera. I am much more in control then I feel with NMM

Yep, happening to me, very frustrating. I'm just so glad that the steam workshop exists, because back when i had a similar issues with oblivion there was no other way to get mods, well at least you can manually download.

Thanks a lot gopher, I was a little bit disappointed at the lack of response to my message, but this is even better. =D I was using the download manually button instead, I thought it could've been something to do with my computer.

It's really unlikely that you'll see this, but I desperately need help.
I just fully modded my Oblivion yesterday; Everything working fine, compatible, no errors - Everything was perfect (for once).
I went to sleep, ready to play this morning, but when I open up NMM, it says that all my files are gone. It can't find the zip files at all.
I checked NMM's oblivion folder, and all the sub-folders are empty: Everything seems to have just vanished for some reason.

Any ideas? Anyone?

I use Dxtory for Skyrim and most other games. FRAPS for Amnesia.

Doesn't work anymore. You get the error no matter how you download.

Mine keeps saying, "Nexus Mod Manager has been temporary disabled. You can keep using nmm in OFFLINE MODE clicking the offline button." It's been like this for hours. Is there anyone else running into this glitch?
