My kids hate meringue. They call it calf slobber. Yrs ago a restaurant had lemon meringue only on Thurs. Their meringue tasted like marshmallow crème but they promised it wasn’t. For yrs I have wondered how they made it. Hope this is it!

Ok guys here's a tip from me: I made this meringue it was perfect and fluffy but in the end I added cocoa powder to make it chocolate flavored and it instantly melted 😭😭 so please don't add anything just keep it simple
