Ok I think I can explain the dream at 4:50. The reason you couldn't scream loud was probably because your actual body was trying to scream but since you were asleep your vocal cords didn't fully go off (you also probably sleep screamed that night), same thing with when you were running, your actual legs were moving in your sleep but not fully. I've had dreams were I'm trying to punch something bad but my arms just feel too heavy but that's just because I'm asleep.
Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm really bad at explaining things 🥲

Haminations, you won’t believe my dream that happened 2 weekends ago.

I had a dream where I went to this movie theater but underwater. And if you took off the helmet you’d drown and die. This random ahh guy said something bad about the movie, so I walked to him and punched him hard and broke a wall of the theater, making him pass out. BUT THE THING IS:, I used so much force in my punch that the helmet fell off and I started drowning. So then I woke up out of fear😊
