Fascinating video, but the narrator dropped his accent a few times, unveiling his own secret.

“A belief in the need for luxury and sustenance in the next world.” Not necessarily. People want to be buried with things they loved, whether or not they actually think that the presence of such things will do them any good in any afterlife. I heard recently of a poll asking people if they’d like to have their cellphone buried with them. Many replied that they would! Does that indicate a belief that they’ll be able to use it? Obviously not.

That phrase I’ve quoted is as idiotic as stating that for at least a few hundred years, people in most Western countries have believed that the recently deceased can enjoy the smell of flowers put on their coffins.

Whoever wrote that narration does not understand human nature, religious belief, or I suspect much of anything else. I pity the fool.

"If our world smells like shit because we can't figure out what to do with all of this shit, then the underworld must be same. Better give them their favorite scent so that they have something better than shit to smell for eternity."

The ghost: "Noooo, where are you taking my fragrance!!!???!!"

Poor ghost. Those grave robbers should be ashamed.

Surely the university of Cordoba doesn’t buy their libraries bookcases at IKEA or some sort of knock off place?

I was expecting a review of the Wine. Maybe unhealthy since it was a burial wine. Otherwise perhaps something like "sour herring, undercoating, stump".

The Speyer wine is dated 325 AD, why do you say that this discovery superseeds by 3 centuries the Speyer wine and you write 324 AD that is 1 year only? Thanks
