Let's talk about what happens at an Autism Assessment. We also interview Dr. Spendlove. His team at the UCSD ACE helped standardize the ADOS-2. His team was one of 6 ACEs in the US that helped by sending out their data to the publisher for analysis. His work from 2009 through 2012 was aggregated with everyone else's, and the ADOS-2 was published in 2012 with new norms and the ability to assess children as young as 12 months.

I remember emmalinas evaluation for autism. It was 2 hours or more. The Dr would put toys to start and call her name and try to interact with her she had no response at all until he took something away she wanted. He did different exercises and put different toys in room. She played differenty and he said she's level 3. That's simple terms of what was done. I knew she was different because my oldest daughter who is now 14 was talking sentences by 1 yr knew shapes etc. I didn't compare the two because my oldest was advanced back then for her age with talking and emotionally. I know all kids are different too.

One other thing I gotta say. I accepted emmalinas diagnosis right away. I already sensed it as her mom. I'm very intune with my 2 daughters. It can be hard at times for us parents. My older daughter is normal but she has type 1 diabetes and that was alot to deal with more so for me than the autism there's so much to learn when your child goes in a diabetic ketoacidosis they can die . My oldest daughter Ariana got diagnosed with type 1 the day the pandemic shut everything down March 16 2020. She was in a coma for 3 days. I had to learn everything with type 1 before she got to come home. She woke up and had to learn to give herself shots. She won't get dex Com or pump. Bur she also has eczema . Both can be tiring

All my kids are fighting with me and it's hard they all wanna know why I had them. It's all my kids all 6 of them, this one that's not my real slump. But he told me you and my father no matter what and I'm not mad at you but I really am because you were very close to my father and I was very close with his father and his father died on Christmas Day. We're so devastated.

I haven't got shorter and his tendence hes coming home though I'm so happy he'll be home in about 2 hours. They said when he got shot in his ligaments and they hurt, but it says he feels good wu tang is for the children!!!! I'd like to listen to a lot of my old music. Because Wu Tang, the second LP came out the year. I became a parent for the first time in 1997. That's probably my favorite album. I get a lot from music. My kids also love music.

; When they interviewed us about Ivan, I had no idea you like with questions I just made stuff up and I told them I at at the end. It's like I'm afraid to say yes, I'm afraid to say no but I was end up being honest with them because I didn't know like I know what autism is and what autism can look like. But when I had I'm interested. I had no idea what I was doing. And with mylevel autism, Ben was hot. Because he was just like any other little kid. You know, we had to do this problem but he was a little kid. At that time, he was just growing up. You know, Ben is a very nice little kid. But hes can be hateful, but hes a sweetest little kid with he likes you. He'd run right up to your kids and say hi to them every single one of them. We he says hi to

I'm looking for a place to someone who's given alcohol to a chance I've stopped drinking for a very long time but outside did was thinking that I stayed in alcoholic because it's all like I think I'm always an alcoholic because I started drinking very young like most of my. Friends did, and at 14 is the roughest year of my youth at 14 years old. We were drinking cakes, a beer with the older kids. We drank so much we used to kill all the kids. I'm just trying to get some help because I need help. I'm trying to find my grandson and I wanna see if my son will talk to me. I have to go to Oregon and I'm gonna try to find out where my son lives. I told him I'm Going Out West. If you don't wanna talk to me, that's fine, just don't waste my time. I'm going to see some mormons to see if they'll talk to me about my alcoholism. And I'm gonna find a place to maybe volunteer. Maybe if I volunteer, I could find a place to stay someone. Cause I need some help. And I think Utah is the best place for me to go. Get some help because it's totally different from Massachusetts and I had to get out of Massachusetts. I don't think i'm ever coming back to massachusetts ever again
