What a beauty. What a dancer. What a generous soul. I am sad to say goodbye.

I had the good chance meeting of Ms. Reinking while she was visiting her hometown in 2000. She was generous and interested in me, who she had never met or heard of. A very gracious human being - the world is a better place for her.

Ann was so lovely. A graceful dancer like no other. What a sad, sad loss. Her work lives on. Her beauty will never be forgotten. Taken far too soon. RIP Miss Reinking.

I lived in nyc and would see her in the neighborhood. She was a Broadway legend known for helping others. She would eat at 511 9th Ave, it's gone too. Old New York all the way. She was the greatest.

will not forget her role in an episode with Jim Hutton actor on Ellery Queen series, really liked her surprised she was a dancer, a very talented one as I learned thru movies, gone to soon was shocked to see this tribute.

Does anyone know the country of origin for "Reinking"? I've never heard of the name anywhere else & always thought it was an interesting name as a child.

Reinking died in her sleep at a hotel in Seattle on December 12, 2020, at the age of 71, while on a visit to her family in the area.
What did she die of? COVI9-1984.
