Connecting with the Heart's Intelligence: Rollin McCraty

Rollin McCraty, Research Director of the HeartMath Institute’s Global Coherence Initiative, summarizes recent data which shows that our hearts are in sync with the earth and with each other, and introduces the Global Coherence Ap, which monitors, maps and provides statistics of users the world over. He concludes by introducing a simple 3-step method to raise your own vibration, and facilitate more coherence and better outcomes--personally, within your own social group and globally.

As an ICU RN, I too, thought the graphics show two lethal ECG rhythms. Then I attended a HeartMath class at Mayo Clinic - realized that heart rate variability (rhythm or pattern) is a completely different reading. Go figure - nothing I learned in nursing school, but it is an evidence based biometric. Started using the techniques I learned in class...after 4 months I got off my blood pressure meds and lost 10 pounds. A “healthy skeptic” is convinced and spreading the word 😊

I am an HSP, in my perspective the nervous system is the biggest Antenna we have, the heart and the brain needs to be connected in order to create a harmonious movement between heart and brain. Cognitive functions are going to work correctly the process of information is going to work correctly.
First we have to work in our self in order to create a balance and connection between heart and brain.
In my perspective the brain is the brain that connects everything, and we have to work in our heart.
This why Ancients, philosophy talks about to work in our self and the importance of senses.
If we have negative emotions, feelings in our heart, the heart has its own memory we have to work in the emotions, remove it or transmuted . Law of transmutation.
Honesty is one of the pillars to create a chance in the heart: it means we accept the emotions, feelings etc we don’t deny or lie to ourselves in order to create a change in our emotional state or who we don’t lie to ourselves.
Transparencies, honesty in emotions, feelings in order to have a connection with our brain. The problem is the heart feelings are one thing and the brain is another thing, coherence, honesty, true to ourselves. Heart brain and actions needs to be the same.
The heart is the one that creates the energy field or torus field Tesla, we know when the heart says something and actions are different. The vibrations and energy don’t lie.
Carl Jung talks about the self we need to heal, we need to work in ourselves. The heart needs to be heal in order to increase our vibration and energy positive. Ancient philosophy and practices are teaching how to be healthy and we are not listening. We are destroying ourselves and the world, and the world and people needs to heal.

This was so interesting. It reminded me of the movie Storm Boy, in which the Aboriginal elder tells the boy that every time a pelican is killed, a storm will ensue. We have been having a lot of wild weather lately. Given the findings of this research, it makes you wonder if the elders are right and it’s our bad vibes that are driving the extreme weather events.
