Every year, it's the same: we set goals for what we want to achieve, but they often turn out to be just wishful thinking. This is especially true for language learning, and I've experienced it myself. Today, I want to explore the reasons behind this and how to improve our chances of success.

Do you have a video about your typical daily/weekly routines around language learning? I just found your channel, and it seems like many videos are about one language, but I'm curious how you manage to be consistent with several languages and a few different tasks for each language. Previously, I've done weekly goals but I'm noticing that certain tasks are more effective if I do them (almost) every day. What do you suggest for creating an achievable schedule?
