How do you resolve actions that require inside tokens of the color of the id, in the city, if, during the game, the id has already placed the 6 on your player board, between the treaties and the city?

Excellent video as usual. Two things aren’t clear to me though:

1. When the Id uses a location bonus, does it use its bright ideas to increase the number?
2. The Id only takes the dreams to deny me using them, it doesn’t get any benefits from them?

I may have nissed it, but when do you remove dream cards from a client? Do u remove a dream when catharsis is reached? And do you gain any of the rewards from a dream?

Still a little confused over how dreams are resolved for Id. The rules suggest you can cure a patient without ever analysing the dreams. Is this correct?
