Hello chef!
I really liked your version of Gazpacho.
Here in Spain, what we do is put the tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, salt, olive oil and vinegar all in the blender until it is liquid. For example, I put it in bottles and we drink it in a glass as if it were a cold drink;but other people chop the pepper and cucumber mix it with the gazpacho and eat it as a soup.

I am going to call these, Italian Gazpacho 1 and 2, Georgia Gazpacho (peaches), and Vichyssoise Ajo Blanco :) I am from Spain, so it'll be fun to try out all of these variations.

I tried making a watermelon gazpacho recipe this Summer and wow was it wonderful and so easy. Thanks for your cooking tips especially how to chop vegetables.

Chef John, thanks for inspiring us to once again to make gazpacho. We used pounds of Cherry tomatoes... We used a friend's hybidcus vinegar and for the first time strained into that red silk. Excellent

Store bought tomatoes taste like disappointment. 😉
Gazpacho Verde looks gorgeous. And you are correct, they can't make that at the paint store.

I was just in Ibiza, the weather was about 99F almost every day, and every day I had Gazpacho and different places, your Gazpachos look awesome too!
