Try Turkish Cacik its water, salt, dried mint, garlic, cucumber and yogurt basically you can also add fresh herbs and dried dill if you like

I’d highly suggest vichyssoise!!! It’s the cold version of a potato-leek soup, I’ve made it plant-based before and it’s just so good. Your soup sounds delicious by the way. Great channel, thanks for sharing your insights and talents with us - subscribed 😉🙌

About the blender, it's mostly the turning on and turning off of the thing that makes it spit (when dealing with more solid stuff anyways)
