Por que não colocam uma haste removível de aço emborrachado por fora em paralelo acima da corrente, com angulação ate 90 graus para cima? Pode cortar forçando para baixo mas não para cima. Em caso de kickback a haste protegeria contra corte. Estou pensando em adquirir uma ferramenta dessas. Obrigado pela aula.

What happens when you are cutting through a soft substance then you hit something really hard? and then the red liquid is gumming up your chainsaw. Also how do you get the tree to stop screaming at your and hitting you.

Yeah sure leave the chain brake on when your walking around with the chainsaw...
Stihl won't fix it when you burn out the sprocket/clutch bearing but will be more than happy to blame any issue that comes to the workshop on 'user' error...

Ok so i dissagree that u need to put chain break on when not in use.
If u need to stop for that long u should be turning the saw off.
If you put the saw down turn it off.
Its like the breaks on your car yes, make sure it works but dont overuse it or you will be replacing it when it breaks, just creating more cost for maintaining the saw ...
The way he teaches her to hold the saw, if it kicks back her hand wont even touch the chain break
