Small but big tip: I found that putting something different than the title in your thumbnail can work wonders for getting thousands more to click the video. Something like 'Was this a mistake?' Or 'Good or bad idea?' Or even 'She did amazing!' With a picture of you looking at a blurred rack of ribs with your eyebrows up or high fiving her. It makes people wonder when they see the thumbnail and then want to click.

I like to keep the end portion of meat on the st louis ribs and trim and grill it up or do it in a pan and have like a "rib steak" lol or if I had the machinery save it for sausage.

So you keep the firebox door all the way open and the fire itself to one side of the fire basket? Had some dirty smoke on my last cook on the ok Joe. May be where I went wrong. Perfection guys!

I don’t use a firebox anymore I go off my grates
